The free platform Pochat. Business invites entrepreneurs to join course "How to be inclusive in business.".
The course is designed for entrepreneurs who want to employ people with disabilities and make the space accessible and comfortable for all employees.
During the course, clear instructions are provided on how businesses can be inclusive at all stages of hiring: from advertising a vacancy to arranging a workplace. You can also learn why employing people with disabilities is beneficial for both business and the state. You will also learn about ethical communication and correct interaction.
The course lecturer is Ulyana Pcholkina, a public activist, leader of the public organization "Active Rehabilitation Group".
The course includes 9 videos. In particular, these are stories from representatives of government agencies (Tetyana Berezhna), employers (Aleksii Miroshnychenko), the United Nations Development Program (Olena Ivanova), etc.
