In accordance with the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated 01.10.2022 No. 680/2022 “On the establishment of military administrations of settlements in the Kharkiv region”, the Chuhuiv City Military Administration of the Chuhuiv district of the Kharkiv region was established, by the order of the President of Ukraine dated 04.10.2022 No. 240/2022-p MINAYEV Halyna Mykolayivna was appointed Head of the Chuhuiv City Military Administration of the Chuhuiv district of the Kharkiv region

Awards, honorary titles:  Awarded: the Order of Princess Olga, 3rd degree, in accordance with the Decree of the President of Ukraine, the honorary distinction of the Kharkiv Regional Council "Slobozhanskaya Slava", the medal "Business Man of Ukraine", a commemorative medal on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the Association of Ukrainian Cities and Communities, the medal of the Izyum Diocese. In 2015, she was awarded the Medal "Sand Icon of the Most Holy Theotokos" 2nd degree and the Diploma of the Head of the Izyum Diocese of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church "For Merit to the Izyum Diocese". In 2016 - the Diploma of the All-Ukrainian public organization "Club of Mayors".
