From December 27, 2023, compensation is provided within 3 months from the date of employment of IDPs (who received the status after February 24, 2022), and also within 6 months if the IDP has a disability.
How to apply?
- register or log in on the Action portal in the citizen's account using an electronic signature. The action will find you in the list of recipients of payments from the Pension Fund of Ukraine;
- fill out the application, check the employer details and provide information about the IDP, select the period for which you want to receive compensation;
- confirm further employment of IDPs;
- The action will verify the person in the IDP Register, after which enter the account details to receive funds and sign the application using an electronic signature.
The action will generate an application and send it to the regional unit of the State Employment Service at the place where the employer actually conducts its activities.
