IMPORTANTLY!
- The application must state: surname, first name, patronymic, place of residence of the citizen, the essence of the issue raised is stated, comments, suggestions, statements or complaints.
- Submission by a citizen of an appeal that contains slander and insults, discrediting state authorities, local self-government bodies, associations of citizens and their officials, heads and other officials of enterprises, institutions and organizations regardless of their forms of ownership, calls for inciting national, racial, religious hatred and other actions, entails liability as provided for by current legislation.
The electronic appeal must also include an email address to which the applicant can be sent a response, information about other means of communication with him (telephone number).
An appeal without indicating the authorship and place of residence of the author is considered anonymous and will not be considered.
