Under the procedural leadership of the Chuguiv District Prosecutor's Office of the Kharkiv Region, a pre-trial investigation into the commission of a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been initiated.
According to the investigation, in the city of Chuguiv on April 23 at about 3:15 p.m., an enemy strike UAV hit the ground near a private residential area. A car and a garage were damaged.
A 36-year-old man who was passing by at the time was injured. The victim was taken to hospital.
It has been previously established that the enemy used a Molniya-2 UAV for the attack.
Prosecutors, together with police investigators, are taking all possible and necessary measures to document war crimes committed by servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces.
