By Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 27, 2023 No. 70 "Some Issues of Providing Financial Support to Public Associations of Persons with Disabilities", the Fund for Social Protection of Persons with Disabilities (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) was determined to be responsible for the implementation of budget program 2507110 "Social Protection of Persons with Disabilities" and the organizer of the competition to determine projects developed by public associations, for the implementation (implementation) of which financial support is provided (hereinafter referred to as the competition).
The Foundation organizes and conducts the competition in accordance with the Procedure for Conducting a Competition to Determine Programs (Projects, Events) Developed by Civil Society Institutes, for the Implementation of which Financial Support is Provided (hereinafter referred to as the Competition Procedure), approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1049 of 12.10.2011.
In accordance with the requirements of the above-mentioned resolutions, the Fund, by order No. 34 dated April 14, 2025, approved the Announcement of a competition to determine nationwide projects developed by public associations, for the implementation of which financial support is provided for the provision of social services to persons with disabilities in 2025.
