Since July of this year, the studios have been operating in a different building, and also have the opportunity to work in an open space. The wards of the Territorial Center, the elderly and people with disabilities, under the guidance of knowledgeable specialists, discover for themselves the opportunity to create wonderful examples of folk art in the form of all kinds of crafts: dolls, ceramic products, bright paintings, etc.
The works of our masters occupy a worthy place at various shows and exhibitions. The brightest of them can be seen at city, intercity and state expositions.
A significant representative of Chuguev on the world stage is the great Ukrainian artist Ilya Repin. Thus, representatives of the Faculty of Painting proudly support the traditions laid down by the artist. The paintings of creative personalities among the visitors of this direction are distinguished by their realism, volume, liveliness and semantic content.
At the Chuguyiv Ceramics studio, seniors learn to work with plastic materials, mainly pottery clay and plaster.
The skillful hands of creative people create colorful figurines of characters from works, films, figurines of fairy-tale animals, household items, commemorative plaques and souvenirs. All products are created with love, warmed by the warmth of hands and hearts.
The "Rukodillya" studio also operates with inspiration, its representatives making and sometimes giving a second life to bright toys, mostly dolls, creating amazing figures dressed in national costumes, symbolizing love for their native land, goodness, and family.
Currently, anyone who has reached a respectable age or is disabled can join in creating artistic products so that others can enjoy the beauty of picturesque paintings, expressive ceramic products, and handicrafts, supporting the glory of the folk craftsmen of our city.
