1. Full title of the proposed state planning document and a brief summary of its content
The project "Master Plan of the Village of Zarozhne, Chuhuyiv District, Kharkiv Region" is being developed in connection with the need to change the boundaries of the settlement, streamline and improve the functional zoning of territories, ensure favorable living conditions for the population, sustainable socio-economic, environmental, engineering and technical development, and optimize the land use structure.
The general plan provides for an increase in the territory of the village of Zarozhne, the area of the territory within the existing boundaries is 421.2 hectares, the area of the territory within the project boundaries is 630.93 ha; construction of new residential development within the existing and project boundaries of streets by increasing the area of the village; installation of a unified water supply system for domestic, drinking and fire-fighting needs of the village of Zarozhne; centralized drainage system for domestic wastewater, etc.
The general plan defines the basic conditions for the implementation of activities or facilities, including those for which the legislation provides for the implementation of an environmental impact assessment procedure.
