The Chuguiv City Council, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Strategic Environmental Assessment", for the purpose of discussing, receiving and taking into account proposals and comments from the public, publishes a Statement on determining the scope of the Strategic Environmental Assessment of the Comprehensive Spatial Development Plan for the Territory of the Chuguiv Urban Territorial Community of the Chuguiv District of the Kharkiv Region.
Full name of the state planning document: Comprehensive spatial development plan for the territory of the Chuhuyiv urban territorial community of the Chuhuyiv district of the Kharkiv region.

In accordance with Part Four of Article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "On Strategic Environmental Assessment", public discussion of the Statement on Determining the Scope of the Strategic Environmental Assessment begins from the date of its publication on the official website of the Chuhuiv City Council of the Chuhuiv District of the Kharkiv Region, namely from March 12, 2025.
The public, within the period of public discussion, has the right to submit in writing (including electronically) comments and proposals to determine the scope of the strategic environmental assessment. According to Part 5 of Article 10 of the Law of Ukraine «On Strategic Environmental Assessment», the deadline for submitting comments and proposals is 10 days from the date of publication of this Notice, up to and including March 21, 2025. Comments and proposals received after the established deadline will not be considered.
