Born on January 14, 1974 in the village of Kamenna, Dalnogorsk District, Primorsky Krai, into the family of a military man.
He lived in the city of Chuguiv and in 1990 graduated from the Klugino-Bashkir Lyceum. After graduating from school, he graduated from the Chuguiv-Babchansky Technical School. In 1999, he was called up for military service. He served in the airborne troops in the city of Mykolaiv. After completing military service, he decided to go on contract service. He served in one of the regiments of the National Guard of Ukraine, which was stationed in the city of Chuguiv, as a hand-to-hand combat instructor. After the disbandment of the regiment, since 2015, he has been serving under a contract in the 73rd Naval Special Operations Center named after the Kosh Ataman Antin Holovaty as a staff sergeant.

Circumstances of death:
On March 12, 2022, while performing a combat mission in the city of Mariupol, Donetsk region, he received injuries incompatible with life. At the same time, his comrades did not have the opportunity to evacuate his body, and therefore he was buried by residents of the settlement near Mariupol in a cemetery. The territory where he was buried was under occupation. Subsequently, an exchange of bodies of the deceased took place between Ukraine and Russia. Thus, Vyacheslav's body was delivered to the city of Kyiv in the summer of 2023, where a relevant examination was carried out. After the identity of the deceased was established, Vyacheslav's body was sent to the city of Chuguiv.
Vyacheslav's reburial took place on January 27, 2024. He was buried on the Alley of Memory in the city of Chuguiv.
By Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 175/2022 of March 26, 2022, "for personal courage and selfless actions shown in protecting the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, loyalty to the military oath," he was awarded the Order "For Courage" of the 2nd degree (posthumously).
