Czech partners help prepare for the heating season in Chuhuiv

This was discussed during a meeting of the Regional Office for International Cooperation of the Kharkiv Region, chaired by the Head of the Regional Office for International Cooperation, Oleg Synegubov.

Про це йшлося під час засідання Регіонального офісу міжнародного співробітництва Харківської області під головуванням начальника ХОВА Олега Синєгубова.

Active work is underway in the communities of the Kharkiv region to prepare for the upcoming heating season. Within the framework of the memorandum of cooperation between the Chuguiv MVA and the Government of the Czech Republic, foreign partners plan to transfer 4 cogeneration units with a capacity of 120, 200 and 530 kW. The equipment will ensure the stable operation of local boiler houses and provide heat to 86 multi-apartment residential buildings, 9 educational institutions and 16 budget organizations.

«"Thanks to working with Czech partners to supply cogeneration units, we will provide 75% of heat supply to Chuguev. The project is already in its final stage. This is a positive example for other communities in the direction of cooperation, establishing communication with international partners. We are grateful to the Government of the Czech Republic for its significant support," said Oleg Synegubov.

Previously, thanks to joint work within the framework of the memorandum, the Government of the Czech Republic transferred 2 cogeneration plants, which made it possible to ensure the operation of two local boiler houses during the previous off-season of 2023-2024. The capacity of each plant is 200 kW.

«"Thanks to the work of these 2 cogeneration plants, we managed to provide heat to 6 educational institutions, 4 cultural institutions, 36 apartment buildings, 3 budget institutions and organizations, 10 buildings of the hospital complex, 4 structural units of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Also, the boiler rooms are reinforced with 13 diesel generators of various capacities," said Deputy Mayor of Chuguiv, Igor Shepelev.
