«"Dear community!
The war continues, it is nearby, it still brings us grief and destruction. We all felt it once again this morning, when the enemy struck a double blow right in the center of our city.
We have numerous damages to residential buildings, commercial facilities, social facilities, and other purely peaceful and civilian buildings.
However, our main pain is the wounded, including a child, a boy, who is currently in serious condition.
I have given orders to promptly eliminate the consequences of the shelling and provide assistance to all residents whose homes were damaged.
I urge you to remember your personal safety and remain calm.
We will definitely heal this, another scar on the body of our hometown."» – wrote Galina Minaeva, head of the Chuguiv City Military Administration, in her Telegram channel.

According to the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Synegubov, the first hit was near a 9-story residential building. Nine cars burned down.
