Information about the location of branches and their structural divisions (forestries) is publicly available and in the public domain.
Step 1. Find out the nearest location of the branch (forestry) in whose economic activity zone the household is located.
Step 2. You can place an order and pay directly at the forestry (application, copies of passport and RNOKPP; POS terminals or other means of payment are available on site; a visit to a branch or banking institution is not required).
Step 3. Confirm your willingness to accept (in the case of an order with delivery) or provide transport for loading (in the case of an order with self-pickup).
As a rule, the period of time from placing an order to shipping products to the customer is no more than 2 weeks.
2. Through the online store "DrovaE"«
Step 1. Log in to the system using ID.GOV.UA.
To place an order, log in to the system. When you log in, you will be able to authorize through the bank you use. This is necessary to identify you as a citizen of Ukraine.
Step 2. Select the supplier, type of firewood, and other parameters.
Enter the address where you plan to deliver the order. Then the system will suggest the firewood suppliers closest to you. When you have chosen a branch (or forestry), select the type of firewood and its quantity from the proposed list. In 1 year, each citizen has the opportunity to order up to 15 m³ of firewood.
Step 3. Submit the order and wait for confirmation from the Supplier.
After receiving the order, the Supplier will contact you to clarify the details. Then you will be able to pay for the order online in your personal account.
If you need firewood delivery, the branch representative will agree on the cost with you, taking into account logistics. Or, if necessary, offer contacts of contractors who cooperate with the branch.
When receiving firewood, you must present documents that prove the identity and RNOKPP of the person who placed the order.
