The "Ukrposhta.Pharmacy" project is aimed at increasing access to medicines in remote settlements and those where pharmacies are absent or destroyed as a result of the War of Independence of Ukraine. The initiative also includes the "Affordable Medicines" program with the ability to book medicines by electronic prescription.
The product can be ordered in two ways:
1. By phone at the contact center number +380800300545 (free from a mobile).
By selecting the appropriate section in the voice menu, after connecting to the operator, inform the names of the products you would like to order, the customer's last name, first name, and patronymic, and the postal code of the Ukrposhta branch where you would like to pick up your purchase, or choose from the list offered by the operator.
After placing an order, within 30 minutes, an SMS message will be sent to the mobile phone number you provided about the completion of the goods with the order number.
This number must be provided at the Ukrposhta branch to receive the order.
2. On the website "Pharmacy Ukrposhta"«
Find the product on the website https://apteka.ukrposhta.ua/.
Select the desired product, its quantity and click the "Add to Cart" button.
If necessary, you can edit the order (change the product, its quantity, delete items added accidentally, etc.), after which you need to click the "Place order" button.
Go to the cart and check the quantity of the selected product - click "plus" to increase the quantity, or click "minus" if you accidentally specified more product than necessary.
In the order form, please indicate the post office code to which the order will be sent. Delivery of goods is free.
