The agenda of the Commission meeting includes issues regarding the advisability of depriving parental rights, establishing the status of a child deprived of parental care, losing the status of an orphan, terminating guardianship over an orphan, and granting the status of children who suffered as a result of hostilities and armed conflicts.
2 planned issues were considered on the implementation and approval of individual plans for social protection of orphans and children deprived of parental care for 2026, which were compiled on the basis of information from the Center for Social Services, educational institutions, family doctors, and on the implementation of social support for families with children who found themselves in difficult life circumstances for the first quarter of 2026.
