Based on the order of the head of the Chuguiv City Military Administration, preventive raids are being conducted in the Chuguiv City Territorial Community to prevent juvenile delinquency, child neglect and homelessness, and to promptly identify children who find themselves in difficult life circumstances and are evading school.
On April 16, 2026, another raid took place: families of guardians, parents-educators, as well as families who found themselves in difficult life circumstances were visited; preventive conversations were held with parents and children, consultations were provided, and no facts of violation of children's rights were identified.
