On October 23, 2024, at the Territorial Center for Social Services (Provision of Social Services) of the Chuguiv City Council, as part of the USAID Project "Support for Healthcare Reform", funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by Deloitte Consulting Overseas Projects, an offline training "School of Support for Relatives of a Palliative Patient" was held. The event took place within the framework of the implementation of the grant program "Restoring Access to Medical Care for the Population" in the Chuguiv community. The training was attended by 25 social workers who provide social services at home to vulnerable segments of the population of our community.
Also on October 25, 2024, within the framework of the USAID Project "Support to Health Care Reform", five social workers from KBS Start LLC participated in an online training on the basics of providing palliative care, which was organized for employees of social protection institutions that provide social services of palliative care to vulnerable segments of the population.
This training will enable social workers to provide social services more efficiently and professionally.
