War is always a surge of physical and psychological violence. In the combat zone, information is recorded about numerous cases of violations of human rights and freedoms, and there are incidents even in relatively calm areas.

For prompt consultation, support and assistance, there is a government hotline 15-47. It is a quick way to report domestic violence, gender-based violence and violence against children, and to prevent and combat it. You can get help by phone - landline or mobile, and if you are unable to do so - leave a message on the hotline website, where you can also generate information about the offense for law enforcement agencies. Information is processed around the clock, calls are free.

At number 15-47 operators:

  • provide emergency psychological assistance or counseling;
  • call the emergency services;
  • provide up-to-date contacts of general and specialized support services for victims, explanations about the rights of victims, a mechanism for obtaining social, medical, psychological, free legal assistance and other necessary services;
  • inform about the right to demand compensation for material damage and harm to health caused by the offender.
