Deputies approved the Procedure for using regional budget funds to compensate persons who became disabled as a result of injury, contusion, mutilation or illness while defending the Motherland, part of the cost of services received during independent sanatorium and resort treatment
This decision was made by the deputies at the regular 27th session of the regional council.
According to the Procedure, defenders will be able to receive partial compensation for the cost of sanatorium and resort treatment (receiving recreational services) in institutions of any region of Ukraine, not just the Kharkiv region.
