Residents of the Chuhuiv community had the opportunity to attend a training on cardiopulmonary resuscitation and stopping critical bleeding, which was organized as part of the Program "Restoring the Population's Access to Medical Care" in the Kharkiv region.

As part of the training, certified instructors covered the following topics:

  • emergency care;
  • stopping bleeding;
  • cardiopulmonary resuscitation and stabilization of critical condition until the arrival of medical personnel;
  • self-help;
  • communication with wounded people in a state of shock.

The participants of the event noted that the acquired skills will help them feel more confident in critical situations. Without exaggeration, such knowledge saves lives and health.

So we thank the organizers for the opportunity and look forward to announcements of new interesting events!

The program "Restoring the Population's Access to Medical Care" in the Kharkiv region is being implemented with the support of the USAID Project and aims, among other things, to support frontline communities and develop their resilience in confronting the challenges of war.

Програма «Відновлення доступу населення до медичної допомоги» у Харківській області запроваджується за підтримки Проєкту USAID і має на меті серед іншого – підтримати прифронтові громади і розвинути їхню стійкість у протистоянні викликам війни.
