Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War in conjunction with the project Dovidka.info The State Enterprise "Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security" has prepared the second video from the series "A Native Person in Captivity".
It explains, What support can families of prisoners of war and missing persons count on?: from legal and psychological assistance to programs for children, including camps and leisure activities. The video explains how to get this assistance.
«Legal inquiries, psychological assistance, transfer of information to the Personal Account and consultations with specialists, group and individual meetings with representatives of military units - the entire range of services in the public reception rooms of the Coordination Headquarters throughout Ukraine is provided free of charge,” says Deputy Head of the Coordination Headquarters Andriy Yusov. ”There is no need to look for help elsewhere, no need to publish personal data on the Internet or pay for legal services. The state provides all this in the Coordination Headquarters. The organization’s goal is to find and free everyone from Russian captivity.”.
The video also discusses what information about a missing person can be found in the personal account on the Coordination Headquarters website.
The goal of the initiative is to give people not only an algorithm of actions, but also the confidence that they are not left alone with the problem, but are receiving real help from the state.

It is important to know: to receive it, you must contact the Coordination Headquarters and register in your personal account on the website.
