Due to a large-scale cyberattack, the work of a number of state registers was temporarily suspended, in particular the State Register of Real Rights to Real Property (SRRP). This caused numerous inquiries from citizens regarding the operation of the eRestoration service. Below are detailed explanations from the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine on how to apply for compensation.
Applications for compensation for damaged housing:
- Previously submitted applications: are processed in normal operating mode.
- New applications are temporarily not being accepted until the registers are restored.
Applications for compensation for destroyed housing (housing certificates):
- Applications already submitted: if a citizen is the sole owner of destroyed housing, the commissions continue to consider them thanks to the autonomous operation of the Register of Damaged and Destroyed Property.
- Validity period of reserved funds: for housing certificate holders who have already reserved funds, the reservation period is automatically extended for the period of limited registry operation.
IMPORTANT! To submit new applications for the e-Renewal service or to sell housing certificates, you must wait for the state registers to resume operations.
Given the significant number of requests, the Ministry of Development and Reform continues to inform citizens about the progress in restoring the registers. All relevant information will be published on the official website and official communication channels.
