The Entrepreneurship Development Fund announces that the Program "From Training to Employment: Vocational Training for Women and Other Target Groups" will launch in June 2025, with financial support from the European Union, Germany, Poland, and Estonia within the framework of the Skills4Recovery Multi-Donor Initiative, which is implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and the Solidarity Fund (SEPL).
The program provides for retraining of candidates provided by the employer, improving their qualifications, and ensuring employment, primarily for women, in areas with the greatest demand for personnel, including: construction, transport and logistics, agriculture, and the service sector.
The start of the Program is June 2025. The implementation of the Program will continue until June 2026 throughout the territory of Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied regions.
In order to analyze the labor market, the Fund is conducting a survey among business entities of various forms of ownership - potential participants in the Program.
