1. Contact the Central Administrative Center of the Kharkiv City Council, having previously signed up for the electronic queue on the website https://dozvil.kh.ua/queue. Applications for state registration of property rights are accepted by the Central Registration Office of Kharkiv at the following addresses: Gimnaziyna naberezhna, 26, Kharkiv, 61010, phone 0-800-57-34-34, as well as Traktorostudivnyky Avenue, 144, Kharkiv, phone 0-800-57-34-34.
2. Contact the Registration Department: Kharkiv, Pavlivska Square, 4, tel. 0-800-570-800.
3. Contact the Chkalovsk settlement council. The state registrar is working.
4. To register the ownership right yourself through the DIYA portal, you can contact our ASC for help.
5. Over time (in July), it will be possible to contact the Malinovka Village Council.
We invite all citizens who have paid the administrative fee to the ASC to prepare documents for the refund of the administrative fee.
