This morning, the heads of the city and district military administrations, Halyna Minaeva and Serhiy Lobodenko, their deputies, representatives of military units, law enforcement agencies, and veterans' organizations laid flowers at the Memorial to the soldiers who died in World War II.
Those present honored the memory of the fallen defenders with a minute of silence.
This year, like previous years, due to security measures, there will be no large-scale celebrations in the community, but this does not mean that the feat of the soldiers of World War II has been forgotten.
