Do you know your blood type? If not, you have the opportunity to find out very quickly and painlessly. This was made possible thanks to the cooperation of the Chuguiv community with the Yashchenko Charity Foundation within the framework of the «My Blood Type» program.
The program aims to determine the blood type of the population and raise awareness about donation. It places great emphasis on conducting information events, meetings, and campaigns among the community population to promote voluntary donation, form a culture of mutual assistance, and increase trust in medical initiatives.
By contacting the specialists of the Yashchenko Blood Foundation, residents instantly receive information about their blood type, but it is not used as a donor. This is only, if I may say so, the first possible step on the path to future human donation, and at their own request.
So far, several dozen community residents have undergone this quick and safe procedure. Receptions are planned in rural settlements as well.
Reception schedule for November 26-27:
- Velyka Babka village – on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, 8:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. at the FAP,
- village of Zarozhne – on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, 12:00-2:30 p.m. at the FAP.
- Chuguiv city – on Thursday, November 27, 2025, 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m., 12 O. Zachepyla St., 2nd floor, left wing, room 211 (family medicine outpatient clinic).
