Chuguiv is located just a few dozen kilometers from the front line. Despite the shelling that does not cease here, more than 40,000 people live in the community. To provide them with living conditions, local authorities are restoring damaged communications and infrastructure. But due to the intensity of the attacks, utility workers lacked special equipment.
