
The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 06.08.2024 No. 883 approved the Procedure for the implementation of the pilot project on distribution of humanitarian aid, incoming in the form of liquefied gas to meet the needs of domestic consumers under martial law (hereinafter referred to as martial law). .
In accordance with paragraph 17 of the Procedure this help in the form of liquefied gas cylinders can be obtained by residents who actually reside in households located on the territory of the Chuhuyiv urban territorial community, and meet one of the following conditions:
1) live in an area where there is no or temporarily no centralized supply of natural gas and/or electricity as a result of hostilities and/or an emergency situation and the use or possibility of using liquefied gas is being carried out, in particular for cooking and heating the premises;
2) use gas household appliances that are configured exclusively for the consumption of liquefied gas;
and belong to vulnerable population groups, namely:
– large families;
– families with a child with a disability or a child who is not diagnosed with a disability, but who has severe perinatal lesions of the nervous system, severe congenital malformations, rare orphan diseases, oncological, oncohematological diseases, cerebral palsy, severe mental disorders, type I diabetes mellitus (insulin-dependent), acute or chronic kidney disease of stage IV, is a child who has suffered a severe injury, needs an organ transplant, palliative care;
– low-income families with a child;
– foster parents, adoptive parents, adoptive parents, guardians or custodians of children who, due to the death of their parents, deprivation of their parental rights, illness of their parents or for other reasons, were left without parental care and, in accordance with the legislation, acquired the status of an orphan or a child deprived of parental care;
– single mother or father with a child;
– single-mother or single-father families;
– pregnant women;
– elderly people;
– persons with disabilities;
– war veterans and their family members.
In order to form a generalized application for the receipt of the specified humanitarian assistance to the above-mentioned residents of the community until 23.08.2024 necessary to contact:
- residents of Chuguiv – to the Department of Social Protection of the Population of the Chuguiv City Council (contact person: Brodnikova Zoya Viktorivna, office 14), telephone for information 050-185-13-39;
- residents of the village of Kamyana Yaruga, the village of Kochetok, the village of Velyka Babka, the village of Pishchane, the village of Zarozhne and the village of Tetleha – to their village elders.
The provision of humanitarian assistance will be ensured by exchanging usable empty household liquefied gas cylinders for filled household cylinders.
The first receipt of a household cylinder with liquefied gas is carried out on a non-refundable basis if the purchaser does not have a usable empty household cylinder.

- identification code;
- documents established by law, confirming compliance with the conditions specified in paragraph 17 of the Procedure.
