In difficult times for the country, it is women who often become that quiet but powerful force that keeps the family together, supports children, inspires men, and helps those around them. You know how to combine tenderness and endurance, care and determination, wisdom and daily work.
We have learned to be strong where we used to cry, and wise where we used to hesitate. I admire each of you: those who are waiting for their relatives from the front; those who, under shelling, keep their "little front" at their workplace; those who hug their children so tightly that they do not hear the sounds of war.
I wish you, my dear ones, that your eyes shine only with happiness. May spring bring long-awaited silence to your homes, and peace to your souls. We will definitely stand, because our tenderness is also a weapon, and our love is invincible.
