I sincerely congratulate you on the Constitution Day of Ukraine!
Today, when our state has been fighting for its right to freedom and independence for the fifth year, the Constitution takes on a special meaning for each of us. It is not just the Basic Law - it is a symbol of our statehood, unity, and invincibility of the Ukrainian people.
I sincerely thank everyone who is defending Ukraine today, who is saving lives, supporting the community's vital activities, helping people, and bringing our Victory closer with their daily work. It is thanks to you that the Chuguiv community lives, works, and continues to develop even in extremely difficult war conditions.
Special words of gratitude to our residents. Those who remain in the community, work, raise children, support each other, and believe in the future. We also await the return of everyone who was forced to leave their homes due to the war.
I believe that very soon we will celebrate national holidays under a peaceful sky, without airstrikes. And the most important words — «Victory!» and «Peace!» — will be heard throughout Ukraine.
I wish everyone good health, strength of spirit, prosperity, harmony, and unwavering faith in our state.
