Under the procedural leadership of the Chuguiv District Prosecutor's Office of the Kharkiv Region, a pre-trial investigation into the commission of a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been initiated.
According to the investigation, on July 18 at approximately 4:40 a.m., the Russian army attacked a residential area in the city of Chuguev, using two Geran-2 drones.
Apartment buildings, cars, and a lyceum building were damaged.
Fortunately, there were no injuries.
Prosecutors, together with police investigators, take all necessary measures to document war crimes committed by military personnel of the aggressor state.
