Attention internally displaced persons in the Chuhuyiv urban territorial community!
In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 04.08.2023 No. 812 «On Approval of the Model Regulation on the Council on Internally Displaced Persons» (https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/812-2023-%D0%BF#Text) and in connection with the expiration of the term of office of the current Council on Internally Displaced Persons under the Chuguiv City Military Administration (hereinafter referred to as the Council), a draft order of the Head of the Chuguiv City Military Administration is being prepared to approve the new composition of the Council.
Internally displaced persons, representatives of public associations, charitable organizations, other civil society institutions, and other interested persons who have experience working with issues of internally displaced persons or protecting their rights are invited to participate in the formation of the new composition of the Council.
If candidates express a desire to join the new Council, must be submitted in electronic and/or paper form:
– a statement addressed to the head of the Chuguiv City Military Administration in any form;
– a motivation letter outlining the reasons for your election to the Council;
– resume indicating the candidate's contact phone number and email address (if available);
– a document certifying identity and confirming citizenship of Ukraine;
– education document (if available);
– information about the candidate's contact phone number and email address (if available);
– a certificate of registration of an internally displaced person or an electronic certificate confirming the fact of internal displacement and registration of such a person, on an electronic medium, the criteria of which support the use of the Diya Portal mobile application;
– a letter from a public association or charitable organization regarding the inclusion of its representative in the Council with information about the organization's activities in ensuring and protecting the rights of internally displaced persons and implementing projects within the territorial community.
The deadline for submitting documents is December 15, 2025 inclusive..
