In accordance with the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1176, a new commission has been created under the Chuguiv City Military Administration to consider applications from citizens of the specified categories. The Government approved the Regulations on the new program: IDPs from temporarily occupied territories will receive up to 2 million UAH for the purchase of housing.
Assistance applies only to veterans with UBD status or those who received a disability as a result of the war.
Payments are made via a housing voucher, which is transferred immediately to the seller.
Those who receive the funds transfer to the state the right to demand reparations from Russia for the same amount.
The program will start on December 1, 2025. From this date, it will be possible to submit a corresponding application through the "Diya" application, and at the end of March 2026, such a service will also be provided at the ASN.
