
Born on 08.06.1986 in the village of Rozsokhuvate, Okhtyrsky district, Sumy region. From the 1st to the 9th grades he studied at the Grinchenkovsk comprehensive school, and then graduated from the Oleshnyansk comprehensive school. In 2004 he graduated from the Lebedynsk State University of Forestry.
In 2005, he was called up for military service, which he served in the 84th Arsenal of Mine and Torpedo Armament of the Naval Forces of Ukraine, stationed in Ochakiv (military unit A2637). During his military service, he decided to become a professional soldier. From 2006 to 2009, he served under a contract as part of the 91st Separate Okhtyr Support Regiment (military unit A0563).


Since 2010, his fate has been connected with the city of Chuguiv. This year, he began his service in the 92nd separate mechanized brigade as a sergeant for material support of the radiation, chemical, and biological protection company.

Together with his comrades, he participated in the ATO/JFO since 2014. He was awarded the «Ilovaisk 2014» badge.

With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russian troops into Ukraine, he, as part of the 92nd separate assault brigade named after the Kosh Ataman Ivan Sirko (military unit A0501), defended the city of Kharkiv and participated in the liberation of the village of Rohan.

Daughter: Anastasia Pavlovna Snisarskaya, born in 2016, lives with her mother.
Daughter: Snisarska Maria Pavlovna, born in 2017, lives with her mother.

Circumstances of death:
Died on 06/30/2022. Blown up by an enemy mine between the settlements of Peremoha and Kutuzivka, Kharkiv region. Serhiy was buried on 07/05/2022 at the local cemetery of the village of Grinchenkove.
By the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated 08/24/2022 No. 614/2022 "for personal courage shown in protecting the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, selfless performance of military duty" he was awarded the Order "For Courage" of the 3rd degree (posthumously). On 04/27/2023, Serhiy's parents received the awards from the hands of Oleksiy Reznikov - Minister of Defense of Ukraine, and the head of the Sumy OVA Volodymyr Artyukhov.
