Years pass, but friends and colleagues always remember Roman Khvorostyany as a person who was more than a manager. A person who was a soul – for colleagues, friends, students, his family: "Decent to the bone, incredibly humane, kind, honest, sincere. He was a friend, a support, the soul of the company. He loved his family very much. He knew how to console everyone, support them with a word, a joke, a deed. He often gave others even what he himself had little. And our Roman Fedorovych was also a wonderful forester, knew and felt the forest. He knew how to work with wood in a way that only those who love their work with all their heart can. His professionalism inspired, and his advice – was remembered forever.".
