Born on 08.08.1987 in the family of a military man in Germany. In 1992, he moved with his parents to the city of Chuguiv. During 1993-2002, he studied at the Klugino-Bashkir Lyceum. After graduating from the 9th grade of the Lyceum, during 2002-2007, he studied at the Kupyansky Medical College. He received the specialty of a paramedic.
After completing his training through the Kupyansky CCC and SP, he signed a contract with the 92nd separate mechanized brigade, where he served in a separate radio-chemical and biological protection platoon until October 2021.
He was a participant in the ATO/JFO, received the status of a combatant. In January 2022, he signed a contract with the 120th Separate Battalion of the Territorial Defense Forces (military unit A7286) of the 113th Separate Territorial Defense Brigade. He served as the chief sergeant of the 3rd mechanized platoon of the mechanized company of the 120th Separate Territorial Defense Battalion.

Circumstances of death:
Died in a traffic accident on November 22, 2023. While traveling by car for official purposes, performing military duties, servicemen, including Dmytro Glushko, stopped on the side of the road "Kharkiv - Zolochiv" near the village of Korobky, Bogodukhiv district, Kharkiv region. A car moving along this lane of the road, while overtaking a military vehicle, hit Dmytro, who was standing on the side of the road. As a result, he received injuries incompatible with life.
The farewell ceremony took place on November 27, 2023 in the village of Kluhino-Bashkyrivka. The soldier was buried with military honors at the cemetery in Kluhino-Bashkyrivka.
