On the establishment of adjusted tariffs for thermal energy, its production, transportation and supply, and the service of supplying thermal energy to the Municipal Enterprise "Chuguyivteplo"«
Guided by paragraphs 8, 10 of part two, paragraph 8 of part six of Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine «On the legal regime of martial law», Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine dated 11/16/2022 No. 2777-ИХ «On the exercise by the heads of military administrations of settlements in the Kharkiv region of the powers provided for in part two of Article 10 of the Law of Ukraine «On the legal regime of martial law», the Laws of Ukraine «On housing and communal services», «On heat supply», taking into account the conditions of the moratorium on increasing prices (tariffs) in the field of heat supply, introduced by the Law of Ukraine «On the peculiarities of regulating relations in the natural gas market and in the field of heat supply during martial law and subsequent restoration of their functioning» (as amended), in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 06/01/2011 No. 869 «On ensuring a unified approach to the formation of tariffs for utility services» (as amended), Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of Ukraine dated 04/29/2022 No. 502 «Some issues of regulating activities in the field of communal services in connection with the introduction of martial law in Ukraine», having considered the appeal of the director of the communal enterprise «Chuguyivteplo» Natalia PETROVA dated 01/20/2025 No. 01-07/48, taking into account the Minutes of the meeting of the advisory council «Openness and Transparency» under the Chuguyiv city military administration dated 01/29/2025 No. 01
I ORDER:
1. To establish adjusted single-rate tariffs for thermal energy, its production, transportation and
supply, service for the supply of thermal energy to the population, budgetary institutions and organizations and other consumers (Appendix 1).
2. To approve for the Municipal Enterprise "Chuguyivteplo" an adjusted structure of single-rate tariffs for thermal energy, its production, transportation, supply and services for the supply of thermal energy for the population, budgetary institutions and organizations and other consumers (Appendix 2).
3. The established adjusted single-rate tariffs (Appendix 1) shall not be applied to the category of consumers "population" during the martial law in Ukraine and six months after the month in which martial law is terminated or canceled, in accordance with the moratorium introduced by the Law of Ukraine "On the Peculiarities of Regulation of Relations in the Natural Gas Market and in the Heat Supply Sector during Martial Law and Subsequent Restoration of Their Functioning".
4. The order shall enter into force from the date of publication on the official website of the Chuguiv City Council and its Executive Committee, but no later than five working days from the date of its adoption.
5. After the entry into force of the adjusted tariffs established by this order, paragraphs 1, 2, 3 of the order of the head of the Chuguiv Military City Administration dated 04.09.2024 No. 1231 «On establishing tariffs for thermal energy, its production, transportation and supply, and thermal energy supply service to the Municipal Enterprise «Chuguivteplo» shall be deemed to have lost force.
6. The Department of Housing, Communal Services and Ecology of the Chuguiv City Council (GUSEV Ivan) shall publish this order on the official website of the Chuguiv City Council and its executive committee immediately, but no later than five working days from the date of its adoption.
7. The utility company "Chuguyivteplo" (Nataliya PETROVA) shall inform consumers about the change in tariffs within a period not exceeding 15 calendar days from the date of their entry into force.
8. Control over the implementation of this order shall be assigned to the Deputy Head of the Chuguiv City Military Administration, Igor SHEPELEV, and the Deputy Mayor for the Activities of the Council's Executive Bodies, Konstantin BARMIN.
