The Memorandum of Cooperation between the Chuguiv City Council and the international humanitarian organization INTERSOS was signed on October 3 at the Center for Sustainability.
The choice of the meeting place is not accidental, because the new partners of the Chuhuiv community are concerned in a global sense with the sustainability of the categories of the population that have suffered the most from the military actions in Ukraine. The memorandum provides for two main areas of cooperation - medical and social. When signing the document, the head of the city military administration, Halyna Minaeva, especially emphasized that the activities of INTERSOS specialists in the community should primarily cover remote rural settlements and those categories of the population that need help, but for various reasons are unlikely to seek it.
And the list of assistance offered to the community is serious: psychological consultations and trainings, including group ones, primary legal support, targeted material assistance to those in need, and even field consultations by a general practitioner.
Halyna Minaeva noted that the community leadership will create all the conditions for fruitful work for its new partners, because the main goal of cooperation is to help citizens in these difficult times.
