Chuguiv lost another son in the war, who selflessly fought for a peaceful life in his native Ukraine. On August 22, on his birthday, our compatriot, who served as a gunner in an airborne assault company, soldier Andriy Logvinenko, died. The life of the Hero-Defender was cut short while performing a combat mission, as a result of massive artillery fire. Ironically, it was on the day of his death that Andriy turned 38 years old.
On August 28, 2024, Andriy Logvinenko was buried with military honors in Chuhuiv on the Alley of Memory.
The entire Chuguiv community bows its head in deep sorrow before the bright memory of the defender and expresses sincere condolences to his family, loved ones, friends, and brothers.
