The Chuhuiv community joined the festival "Easter unites the family", which took place in the city of Chyhyryn

On April 24, the Center for Culture, Leisure and Sports hosted the charity Easter festival "Easter Unites the Family" as part of the national project "Side by Side: United Communities.".

The following partner communities participated: Sartanska, Mangushska, Kalchytska, Mykilska, Chuhuivska, and Chyhyrynska.

The festival program includes:

– a fair of Easter delicacies and crafts made by student groups;

– exhibition of folk art masters;

– a vibrant concert program with the participation of guests and local amateurs.

All funds raised will be directed to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The Chuguiv community was worthily represented by a delegation led by the Deputy Mayor for the Activities of the Council's Executive Bodies, Igor Anatolyovich Kashchavtsev, as well as the creative team of the "Image" Cultural Center - Yana Vashchuk and Iryna Bashkatova, and Iryna Druzhynina, an employee of the Territorial Center for Social Services.

A special symbol of participation was the Easter egg presented by the Chuhuiv community, which depicts prominent figures - Bohdan Khmelnytsky and Ilya Repin. This is more than images. This is a dialogue of eras and communities.

Two figures united by the power of the Cossack spirit, history and culture of the Chyhyryn and Chuhuiv communities.

Through their figures, the history of two powerful centers of Ukraine is revealed: the Cossack capital and the homeland of the brilliant artist.

The creative team of the KU "CC "Image" gave the festival participants a good mood and sincere emotions.

In memory, the Chyhyryn territorial community presented commemorative gifts.

The warm welcome, the sincerity of the people and the festive atmosphere will remain in our hearts for a long time. Because we are one family. And our Ukrainian traditions will live on and be passed down from generation to generation.

PS The craftswoman Iryna Druzhynina took part in the folk art exhibition. The products were sold for 900 UAH, and the collected funds were transferred to a charity box in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The defenders received amulets as a gift from the Chuhuiv community as a symbol of gratitude and support.
