On the eve of the 40th anniversary of the Chernobyl tragedy, the Chuguiv Children's Art School named after I.Yu. Repin and the Chuguiv House of Children's and Youth Creativity prepared a thematic exhibition of student works "Chernobyl: Pain and Memory" - a sincere and emotional conversation in the language of art about one of the most tragic pages of our history.
Through their drawings, the young artists conveyed their own understanding of the events they know only from stories, books, and eyewitness accounts. Their works express pain and anxiety, memory and warning, and at the same time, faith in life, rebirth, and the power of man.
This exhibition is not only a creative project, but also an important reminder of the cost of human error and the need for responsibility for the future. We invite you to join us in viewing and together honor the memory of those affected by this tragedy.
