•restoration of lost documents, including housing documents.
Social consultations on issues:
•guarantees and social benefits for families of military personnel;
• registration of statuses: low-income, single mother, disability, children affected by military operations and armed conflicts;
•IDP certificates;
•medical and pension benefits;
•going abroad;
•social services and benefits.
Psychological consultations regarding:
• mental health;
•stress, anxiety, sleep problems;
•panic attacks and other issues.
