On April 16, 2025, the Ukrainian PEN public organization, which included Ukrainian writers, translators, editors, as well as a writer and journalist from Argentina, Inde Pomeranets, visited the Chuguev Central Library with gifts.
The creative team donated a large amount of various literature in Ukrainian and English to the libraries of the Chuhuiv community.
These are books that Ukrainian PEN received as part of a joint initiative with Book Aid International, English PEN, and International PEN. This initiative is part of Ukrainian PEN’s Unbreakable Libraries program.
These books will help readers gain new knowledge and improve their English skills, and will also provide additional opportunities for joint meetings and conversations.
