Attention residents of the city of Chuguiv!
In August, the charitable organization "Charity Fund "Caritas Kharkiv" begins implementing an activity (formation of lists for registration for assistance), which consists in providing targeted cash assistance for paying for housing and communal services in the winter period. The goal of the project: to prepare people for the winter of 2024.
This assistance can be received by residents of Chuguev who:
- belong to one of the vulnerability groups:
- the head of the household is a person with a disability of group I or II, or one of the household members is a person with a disability of group I or II;
- the head of the household has a serious illness or one of the household members has a serious illness;
- a single elderly person (60+) or a household consisting of one or two elderly people who do not have the support of their family;
- single mothers/fathers or guardians of minor children, incapacitated persons;
- large families (three or more minor children) under the age of 18;
- pregnant women and mothers with children under 3 years old.
- do not receive a subsidy for payment of housing and communal services;
- average income per household member does not exceed 6318 UAH per month.
In order to form lists for receiving the specified targeted cash assistance, the Department of Social Protection of the Population asks community residents fill in Ukrainian provided Google form, which will be open until August 15, 2024.
To the above-mentioned residents of the city, who do not have access to the internet, to include them in these lists, it is necessary to apply to the Department of Social Protection of the Population of the Chuguiv City Council by phone: 050-185-13-39.

To receive assistance, you must:
- prepare all necessary documents confirming vulnerability and a certificate of income for the last 3 months;
- sign an agreement with the owner of the home if the home is rented.
After receiving assistance, you must report on payment of utility services (provide receipts for payment of utility services).
