The algorithm of actions for the OWNER/CO-OWNER of the damaged home is as follows.
- You must have a smartphone.
- Install the Action application, or update it to the latest version.
- Go to the “E-recovery” section”
- Fill in the first item “Report damaged property”
- Open an “e-Recovery” card online in your bank’s application (not to be confused with previously issued cards during COVID-19 “e-Support”)
- Return to the Action application and in the same section, complete the “Submit an application for payment” item.
- Order an extract of no criminal record in the “Certificates and extracts” section (select the items “At the place of request” and “FULL”)
- Waiting for the commission's visit.
- Complete the Damage Report in the methodological office of the Education Department at 20 Staronikolska Street. To do this, bring your housing documents with you.
⚡️ If you submit an application to 2 or more addresses, a bank card is opened for each address separately.
⚡️If, when filling out the sub-item “Submit an application for payment”, you receive a message “register property in the DRRP”, or “housing not found” or “contact the ASNAP” – you must contact office number 5 of the ASNAP (37 Staronikolska St., Chuguiv)
⚡️If you have co-owners of the home, you must obtain their consent to provide compensation either through the Diya application or by filing an application with a notary.
