From now on, Ukrainians who received payments for the reconstruction of damaged homes under the eReconstruction program will be able to submit a report on the completed repairs on the Diya portal, as well as through the ASNAP or a notary. Previously, this could only be done through the Diya application.
If you received up to 200 thousand UAH for home renovation, you must submit a final report on the work performed. If the amount is larger, you must submit interim and final reports. After all, in this case, the funds are credited in two tranches — 70% and 30%. And to receive the second, you need to report on the use of the funds from the first payment. After that, the local council will visit the housing and check the status of the work. And you will be able to submit an application for the second tranche.
In turn, the final report on the completion of the repairs must be submitted within 15 days after the home has been restored.
Payment for damaged property in the amount of less than 200 thousand UAH must be spent within 12 months. At the same time, a larger amount - within 18 months. After the expiration of the term, the balance will return to the state budget.
You can submit a report in a few clicks from your computer or smartphone via:
· Action application – eRecovery – Payment applications – Report repairs;
· Action portal – Compensation for damaged property – select a real estate object with an application in the status Funds credited – Report repairs
You can also submit a report at the ASN or through a notary. To do this, you must have your passport and taxpayer card with you. You must attach photos of the completed repairs or purchased building materials to the report.
