
Born on November 27, 1986 in the Latvian SSR, the city of Daugavpils.
Since 1998, he has lived in the city of Chuguiv. He studied at secondary school No. 6.
From 2002 to 2006, he studied at Chuguiv Vocational Lyceum No. 19, majoring in welder-straightener.

He did not do military service, in 2015 he signed a military contract with the 27th Rocket Artillery Brigade named after Kosh Ataman Petro Kalnyshevsky, where he became a shooter of the Uragan rocket launchers, and then transferred to the 92nd separate mechanized brigade. He served in the rocket division as a shooter of the Uragan rocket launchers and repeatedly performed tasks in the ATO/JFO zone. During his service, Viktor suffered serious illnesses and was treated for some time in Kharkiv. In 2021 he was discharged, and two months before the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine he signed a contract in the 93rd separate mechanized brigade "Kholodny Yar". It was as part of this brigade that he met the enemy in February 2022 in the vastness of Sumy region.

Circumstances of death:

In March 2022, Viktor was taken directly from the battlefield to the Bogodukhovsk Central District Hospital, where he underwent several surgeries. Later, he was transported to the Poltava Central District Hospital, where he also underwent surgeries. He died in the hospital on 04.04.2022.
