Born on 08/19/1973 in the city of Chuguev, in 1990 he graduated from secondary school No. 1 named after I.Yu. Repin in the city of Chuguev. In 1994 he graduated from the Kharkiv Guards Higher Tank Command School named after the Armed Forces of the Ukrainian SSR. He served as a course officer of the training course of the faculty of armament and military equipment at the Kharkiv Guards Higher Tank Command School.
He had combat experience, having served in the ATO in 2014-2015. He was retired from the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine due to health reasons. On 24.02.2022, he voluntarily joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and was enrolled in his military unit - the Military Institute of Tank Troops of the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute".

Circumstances of death:
On March 2, 2022, he died during the combat departure of a tank column, during a rocket and bomb attack by enemy aircraft. He saved the lives of cadets by pulling them out of tanks and armored personnel carriers, but he himself died - he was mortally wounded and died from an explosive injury.
Buried in the city of Kharkiv on the Alley of Glory.
By Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 2629 of August 22, 2016, he was awarded the Medal "For Military Service" "for personal courage shown in the defense of state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, conscientious and impeccable service to the Ukrainian people.".
By Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 236/2022 of April 13, 2022, "for personal courage and selfless actions shown in the defense of the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, loyalty to the military oath" he was awarded the Order "For Courage" of the 3rd degree (posthumously).
