New in traffic regulations: from May 1, outside populated areas, you must turn on the dipped headlights

Corresponding changes to the traffic rules were made by Cabinet Resolution No. 1105 of October 20, 2023. According to the new provisions of the Road Traffic Rules, dipped headlights outside the city remain mandatory after May 1.

Recall that previously, a similar requirement existed only in the autumn-winter period - from October 1 to May 1.
