On April 17, the head of the Chuguiv RTCC and SP Oleksandr Kurichenkov, together with the head of the Chuguiv City Military Administration Halyna Minaeva, presented awards to residents of the Chuguiv community - servicemen who courageously defended Ukraine from the Russian occupiers.
The State Award of Ukraine, the Medal "Defender of the Fatherland", was awarded to Yuriy Marshal. The Commander-in-Chief of Ukraine's "Combat Cross" award and the departmental award of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine "For Wounds" were awarded to Dmytro Zabara. They took up arms to defend their native home, honorably fulfilled their military and civic duty, and became an example for others of how to defend their native land from the occupier.
During the award ceremony for the defenders, Halyna Minaeva noted that it is only thanks to our military that we in the Chuhuiv community can live and work. We must continue to support our soldiers, believe in Victory and a happy future for Ukraine.
